AP‑Networks continues to host TINC events in 2026, bringing together industry professionals for networking and interactive discussions focused on the latest best practices that drive superior STO outcomes. Registration remains complimentary, and attendance is limited, so early sign‑up is encouraged.  The 2026 EMEA TINC will be held in Amsterdam and will feature AP‑Networks presentations on current STO performance trends across safety, cost, schedule, and readiness. The agenda also includes discussions on leading practices that organizations are using to consistently achieve top‑quartile outcomes.  Participants will hear from AP‑Networks client companies as they share practical, hands‑on experience from their STO journeys. These presentations highlight real implementation challenges, proven solutions, and the roadblocks organizations must navigate to deliver competitive and reliable results.  Breakout sessions will offer additional opportunities to interact with peers, exchange insights, and explore real‑world practices and solutions being applied across the industry today. TINC EMEA 2026 took place in Amsterdam, bringing together industry stakeholders for a day of focused discussions, presentations, and collaborative exchange. Representatives from 14 industry-leading companies registered for the event, including Arlanxeo, BASF, BP, Cargill, Chemours, Covestro, ExxonMobil, LyondellBasell, Neste, Nobian, SABIC, TotalEnergies, Velogy, and YARA, reflecting strong interest and broad representation across the sector.
The agenda covered key topics including benchmarking outcomes, transition to execution, digital enablement, strategic safety leadership, and the integration of capital projects and turnarounds, alongside facilitated breakout sessions on current operational priorities. The agenda opened with Richard McClintock (Benchmarking and Data Analyst, AP-Networks) presenting industry benchmarking outcomes and regional insights, highlighting key trends and performance drivers.
Thahsen Pillay (Head – Turnaround Competence Center, Neste) addressed the challenge of transition from planning to execution, while Johnny Troonbeckx (TA Planning and Scheduling Manager EU, LyondellBasell) shared insights on the implementation of digital twins and smart P&IDs. Pedro Soto Alarcon (Sr. Specialist CAPEX Assurance, SABIC) outlined strategic safety leadership for turnarounds, and Renske Ruben (Managing Director EMEA, AP-Networks) presented on bridging capital projects and turnarounds, drawing on case studies and emerging practices.
Breakout discussions explored topics such as STO governance, contractor availability, productivity & safety, AI-enabled turnaround planning, and evolving industry trends. The strong level of engagement was reflected in participant feedback survey, with 100% of respondents confirming they gained valuable insights from the event. TINC will continue to build on this momentum in future events, supporting ongoing collaboration and knowledge sharing across the industry.
